[Svn-access-manager-announce] New release 0.4.1.5 of SVN Access manager available

Hello all,

a new release 0.4.1.5 of SVN Access Manager is available for download. There 
are some isses fixed with svn and svnadmin command on Windows systems. 
Additionaly access right management is now configurable to work on directories 
and files or an directories only.

Download is available at sourceforge.net.
